My Story

Candy Porostosky has served in ministry in a variety of ways throughout the years, mostly in the area of music, but also in leadership positions in children and youth ministry and as an ordained pastor. Currently, Candy is serving in the local church as Director of Music and Administrative Assistant.

Next to her strong faith in God, one cannot be with her long till you realize how important her family is to her. Married to her husband, Mark, for over 40 years, together they have two grown children. She enjoys spending time with her children and their families as much as she can. She is thankful for them and the lives they lead. She considers her family to be one of her greatest blessings.

In this season of her life, as an avid student of God’s Word, Candy is pursuing sharing life experiences and insights from her Christian journey, through her writings, as part of sharing her faith in Jesus.
